Delivery Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days. We normally try to post or ship the next working day after processing.
Delivery Tracking
We will email you when we send your delivery. If the method of delivery includes tracking then we will send the tracking details.
UK Postal Rates and Delivery Estimates
From envelopes with a few washers to small parcels with a set of studs, washers and nuts. As a guide all UK deliveries up to 2kg are sent by the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. We have no minimum postal charge but we do add a small charge for packing and packaging to the costs charged by the Royal Mail.
Please see the Post Office or Royal Mail websites for delivery times as these can change during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Bank Holidays. Normal delivey times is 3 to 5 business days. If you want a faster delivery then please email sales@vcbolts.com or use our Contact Us form prior to purchase and we will try to arrange a Next Day delivery.

We will use a courier for packages over 2kg or if your package contains restricted items that cannot be sent through the post, see the Post Office or Royal Mail websites for more details on these items.
Missing Royal Mail Deliveries
If you were expecting a delivery by Royal Mail that does not fit through your letter box then a missed delivery card should have been left. Please check with your local sorting office as they will hold undelivered post for two weeks before returning it to us. You might want to check with your neighbours as well in case it has been left in safe keeping with them.
The Royal Mail will not confirm that a parcel has been lost until after 15 working days. If you have not had your delivery in 15 working days then contact us for a re-delivery. EU deliveries have to wait for 20 workings days and deliveries to other countries 25 days.

International Postal Rate and Delivery Estimates
As a guide all International deliveries are made through the Royal Mail or a courier service. The Royal Mail and other courier are not able to deliver to all countries. Whilst the majority are sent via the Royal Mail prices for larger shipments are expensive. To lower costs we select from other couriers to keep prices down. Please place an order or Contact Us and we will find a competitive price for you.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs and additional tax charges incurred at your countries port of entry!

Courier Deliveries
Please contact us if there are problems with courier deliveries. The couriers we use do not deliver on weekends. Orders collected for next day delivery by the courier on Friday are delivered on the next working day.
